How to add a Bible widget
Install Verso and open it once. Then touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen until the icons jiggle, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Verso. Choose the widget and its size, tap Add Widget, and drag it where you want it.
For the Lock Screen, touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, choose the Lock Screen, tap the widget area under the time and pick Verse of the Day.

Every widget, in every size, is free. With Verso Plus you can also pin a verse of your own choosing, one you want to keep in front of you for a while.

Is the Bible verse widget free?
Yes. All of Verso's widgets are free in every size, on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen. Verso Plus only adds the option to pin a verse you choose.
Does the widget work without internet?
Yes. The Bibles are on your phone, so the widget shows its verse even with no signal.
Does the widget change every day?
